With its exciting waterfront and great attractions, Dundee is a destination with a great atmosphere around it - but the event which people were talking about in the City of Discovery recently was a quite unique gathering of the stars.
In this case the stars were the latest and finest examples from the stable of Porsche, the ultimate precision driving machine for people who are not afraid to push themselves to the limit.
The stunning cars were brought to the city by the Porsche Centre Aberdeen for a sophisticated afternoon tea at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, a historical Scottish mansion built in 1870 and set among six acres of beautifully landscaped gardens including the listed Maze and Walled Garden.
The entire Porsche sales team introduced guests to the Porsche range, including Boxster, Cayman, 911, Panamera and Cayenne as they enjoyed the ambience of the landmark hotel and the delicious afternoon tea.
The event also raised nearly £600 for Cornerstone, one of Scotland's largest charities and a leading provider of services for people with disabilities and other support needs.
Roddy McAllister, Sales Manager at Porsche Centre Aberdeen, said: "Dundee made us very welcome and helped us to help a local good cause. A big thank you to all who attended and everyone from DoubleTree Hilton Dundee."

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
